Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings (including cancellations and changes) are to be submitted online.
2. Hourly bookings will be confirmed upon verification of payment via bank transfer.
3. Monthly subscriptions (non-transferrable) are per calendar month, payable in advance from commence date. ( eg validity 5 Jan 25 - 4 Feb 25 )
4. Last-minute cancellations (within 1 hour of start time) should be communicated via phone or SMS.
5. Bookings will be considered forfeited for uninformed late arrivals of more than 10 minutes.
6. The presence of a second individual in the room is chargeable (additional chargers options upon selection) * not applicable for BASIC ROOMS
7. Any defects found in the practice room should be raised before start of session.
8. Booking will be considered void if practice room is left vacant for more than 10 minutes from start of booking time.
9. Food and Drinks are not allowed to be consumed in the Studios.
